Entirely crafted from aluminum alloy materials, and produced using newly developed molds. Both corners and brackets are CNC-machined from solid materials, enhancing the product's robustness and durability.

Featuring a military-style aesthetic, it harmonizes with the design elements of our other products, elevating the overall visual impact of the vehicle.

THICKNESS AND STRENGTH

With a material thickness of 4.5mm and internal crossbar thickness exceeding 2.0mm, this luggage rack ensures sturdy construction and durability, capable of bearing greater weights.

WIND RESISTANCE DESIGN

Standardly equipped with an air deflector to reduce wind resistance. Additionally, the front crossbar adopts a rounded design, further minimizing wind drag.

EXPANDABILITY

Each crossbar is equipped with expansion slots, facilitating the later installation and fixation of various equipment, boxes, side tents, camping tents, water tanks, and more.

SURFACE TREATMENT

Undergoing a process of oxidation followed by coating enhances the uniformity of the coating and consistency of color, resulting in a more aesthetically pleasing product appearance.

DIMENSIONS AND INSTALLATION

The luggage rack measures 134cm in width and 160cm in length (with the deflector, it measures 166cm), featuring a moderate height (28mm above the vehicle, and 68mm above the rooftop when fully installed). The bracket design avoids the installation positions of side ladders and window panel, enabling a drill-free, damage-free installation.
