1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product, under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

  • Custom-made or modified items are not eligible for return.

  • Installed or damaged items due to incorrect installation cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order parts

  • Items that have been installed or modified

  • Clearance or final sale items
